# Seasons

The <mark style="color:orange;">**seasons**</mark> are designed to ensure the reinvestment of the <mark style="color:orange;">**$YTTRIUM**</mark> in the ecosystem and guarantee its longevity.&#x20;

The beginning of each <mark style="color:orange;">**season**</mark> will change the type of **tectonic plate** and its **depths**, which will require the introduction of new extraction **tools** that will be gradually released on the **marketplace**. The change of season and the release of new tectonic plates will force players to keep their **game strategies updated**.
